Students that are wanting to study The Advanced Certificate In Veterinary Nursing must sit this exam before acceptance into this course. Students must pass this exam before they can start the vet nursing course.
To sit the exam is free. Students will need to allocate 3 hours to sit the exam as the exam itself is timed. Students will need internet access to research answers. All 60 questions are multiple choice.

OR minimum 2 years employment in a veterinary clinic
OR if you are transferring over from another veterinary nursing education provider depending on which units have been completed.

This course is structured so that students can complete within 24 months although there is no time limit on this course.
This course contains 480 hours of work placement
The workplace will need to provide veterinary services to animals such as veterinary clinics, veterinary hospitals as well as mobile vets.
Your work placement can be completed anywhere in the world, and you will be responsible for the costs of any travel, accommodation, insurance or any other requirements related to your work placement.
