We asked Amanda - TISOVN Student some questions about her experience with TISOVN.
Q) Which course/s are you studying?
A) I am currently studying Certificate in Feline Psychology and Training, but I have recently completed Certificate in Canine Care and Certificate in Canine Psychology and Training.
Q) What do you like about the course/s you are studying?
A) The courses are always very informative! Each time I do an assessment I always learn something new. I find the courses very easy to follow and the way the courses and assessments are set out, it helps me remember the information.
Q) If more than one course, which one is your favourite and why?
A) I think my favourite course so far would be the Canine Psychology and Training one. I've always had an interest in animal behaviour and how everything works, and I've just learnt so much in this course!
Q) Why did you decide to study those course/s?
A) I decided to study these courses because I wanted to gain more knowledge in these areas, especially the psychology of animals (explains why I have chosen Feline and Canine Psychology and Training!)
Q) How did you hear about TISOVN?
A) I heard about TISOVN through my work email (RSPCA)
Q) Why did you choose TISOVN as your preferred institution?
A) I chose TISOVN because so many different courses are offered. The courses were cost effective and very very interesting!
Q) What do you like most about TISOVN?
A) I LOVE how quickly the assessments get graded! Staff and instructors are always very helpful and supportive. It is also very easy to access online! There are no boring videos involved and last of all, there are no time limits on the courses!!!
Q) What's your big life's dream?
A) I've always wanted to become an animal trainer especially dog trainer because I would love to help people build their relationships with their animals, as behaviour problems in animals often stress owners out.
Q) Any advice to give to new students?
A) If you see a course you want to study, don't hesitate to enrol. Honestly, I guarantee you, you will not regret your choices!
